2.5mm: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, reduction of wrist motion, reduction of pain, immobilization of wrist to prevent flexion.

4mm additional Indications: Sprains, Suspected nondisplaced Wrist Fracture, Acute stages of rheumatoid arthritis, Proper wrist positioning to increase maximum function, provide stability of wrist, allows full MP flexion and thumb opposition.
